By registering on our App and joining our community, you agree to fully comply with this Code of Conduct. Any violation of this Code may result in the suspension or, where applicable, termination of your account, in accordance with our Terms of Use.

Respect and Honesty in All Interactions

I commit to always treating other users with kindness, courtesy, and respect, both online and in person. I will be honest in my words, intentions, and behavior, and will refrain from any form of deceit, manipulation, or misleading conduct.

No Harassment or Undue Pressure

I will never coerce, pursue, or behave in an inappropriate or harassing manner towards another user, including after a rejection, silence, or discontinued contact.

Clear and Ongoing Consent

I understand that all interactions, whether physical or digital, must be mutual, voluntary, informed, and revocable at any time.

Zero Tolerance for Violence, Threats, or Discrimination

Any aggressive, insulting, threatening, harassing, defamatory, racist, sexist, or discriminatory behavior or remarks are strictly prohibited on the platform.

Strict Ban on Sexual or Offensive Content

It is strictly forbidden to send or post any sexually explicit, (pedo)pornographic, exhibitionist, violent, offensive, or dignity-violating content (text, photo, video, or GIF) via our App.

Privacy and Discretion

I will respect the privacy of other users. I will never share their photos, messages, or personal data without their explicit prior consent.

Safety During Physical Meetings

I will ensure that any first physical meeting with another user takes place in a public and safe location, and will inform a trusted person if necessary. I will always respect the other person's boundaries and pace.

No Commercial, Illegal, or Escort-Related Activities

I commit not to use the App to promote services, solicit clients, or participate in any form of scam, illegal activity, or prostitution and escort services.

Adherence to LOVALLY’s Philosophy

I understand that the App is designed to foster genuine human relationships, not quick or anonymous interactions.

Reporting Suspicious or Harmful Behavior

I commit to promptly reporting any suspicious, harmful, inappropriate, or value-incompatible behavior. I understand that protecting the community relies on everyone’s responsibility.
